Am I too old for your club?

No! Our members range from 25-65+! And everyone in between.


As a woman, won’t I “bulk up” from strength training?

First, women do not have the necessary testosterone levels to put on a large amount of muscle mass naturally. Secondly, the women you are envisioning, who are huge, are using testosterone and mass building supplements to get that way. So, unless you are supplementing like a bodybuilder, it is highly unlikely you will bulk up. In fact, weightlifting and Strength Training have been shown to increase weight loss, and give women a tighter, leaner, and more toned body the way nature intended us to look.


How many days should I be working out?

The general suggestion is 3 days on and 1 day off, however it depends on your schedule, goals, and ability. We recommend at least 3 to 4 days a week if you want to see real results. Try to do no more than 3 consecutive days, but no less than 2 days in a row before a rest day. Above all else, though, listen to your body, but know that you must/can work through soreness and fatigue. The intent is obviously to train enough to meet your fitness/health goals, while at the same time not overdoing it to the point of over-training or possible injuries.


Why is your gym more expensive than a regular gym membership?

In a regular gym you are paying for a membership to exercise alone. At FitClub, you are paying for one of the best fitness programs, coaches and community of support that allow you to transform your body and life in ways you never thought were possible.


How will you monitor me and help me achieve my fitness goals?

We will be utilizing our assessment/reassessment system as well as our Inbody 230 body composition analysis. Each trainer will keep this log for you and review your milestones and goals. Our classes are ideal for those who want the motivation of a personal trainer and the vibe of a great class, coupled with a low-impact, high-effect training method . We will make sure you’re always on track.


How can I find the time?

At FitCLub we will have both a.m. and p.m. classes available to make it easier for you to find a time that works. If we do not have the slot available we are flexible to add another time as long as we have a minimum of 2 people in the group.
