COMMON QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Click “Free Intro” – or call/text (774) 275-0914 or email info@fitclubw.com – to book a quick 10-15 minute intro, then do your first session (a starter class or a 1-on-1 training session) and we’ll set your plan and schedule from there!

First class (group workout): Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach and get a quick walk-through of the facility. We’ll introduce you to the class, then your coach will guide you hands-on through the workout-making sure you understand the plan, the movements, and which weights are appropriate so you stay on pace and feel confident. Personal training (first session): Your first workout is an evaluation. We’ll do movement screenings to assess how you move, your current capacity, and any injury concerns. From there, we build a personalized program tailored to your goals, schedule, and starting point.

We don’t have student or senior discounts. We’re a pay-as-you-go facility, so you only pay for what you use-and we offer class packs and personal training options to fit different schedules and goals. If we run a promo, we’ll share it on our site and socials.

Yes. We have squat racks and barbells, bumper plates, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, sleds, TRX/suspension trainers, bands, and more-plus isolation equipment like functional trainers, leg extension/curl, chest press, and seated row. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and set up for both heavy lifting and smart progressions.

We’re not a 24/7 open gym, but personal training is available 24/7 by appointment with a coach. Class schedule: Weekdays (mornings): 5:30, 6:45, 8:00, 9:15 AM Mon-Thu (evenings): 5:30 PM Sat & Sun: 6:45, 8:00, 9:15 AM

Yes. We have 9 personal trainers, each with different specialties and focus areas. Our goal is to match you with a coach who fits your needs-so we can support essentially any fitness goal.

We don’t have a general membership. We’re a pay-as-you-go facility-so you only pay for what you use (classes, personal training, or packages).

Yes-we’re in Wellesley Lower Falls at 12A Mica Ln, just off Washington St (Route 16) near the Charles River. We’re a few minutes from Riverside Station (Green Line D) and the Leo J. Martin Golf Course, with easy access from I-95/Route 128. There’s convenient on-site parking right by the entrance.

Yes-free on-site parking is available in the lot at 12A Mica Ln. We’re in Wellesley Lower Falls, just off Route 16 and minutes from I-95/Route 128. From Route 16 (Washington St), turn onto Mica Ln and follow it to the end; the gym entrance and lot are on your left.
